West Village offers housing types for all lifestyles and budgets:
Single Family Courtyard Homes. Pictured above are mid-century Courtyard homes that are inspired by the Frank Lloyd Wright home across the street. Ranging in size from 1,000-1,750 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms. These homes have a private dooryard and share a courtyard with other units for maintenance-free outdoor living. They are semi-custom, meaning you’ll get to customize things like counter tops, appliances, bathroom tiles, and flooring.
Townhomes. Around 1,300 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths. These homes have a very efficient layout with open concept living area and a private front porch. Each home has either a garage or dedicated parking at the unit.
Custom Single Family. Design and build your own completely custom home. If you’re interested in one of these units we will connect you with a custom home builder to design and build your house.
